Terms of Service — Gedera Coin

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gedera Coin website, community channels, and related services (together, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether acquiring, holding, or using GEDERA is appropriate for you, and we recommend consulting independent professional advisors before doing so.

3. Risks

Digital assets are volatile and carry significant risk, including but not limited to:

Loss of value, including total loss of principal
Regulatory changes that may affect the legality or value of GEDERA in your jurisdiction
Technical risks, including smart contract vulnerabilities, network outages, and wallet security failures
Irreversibility of blockchain transactions — a transaction sent to the wrong address generally cannot be recovered

You acknowledge and accept these risks by using the Services or acquiring GEDERA.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your own wallet, private keys, and seed phrases. We do not custody user funds and cannot recover lost wallet access, reverse transactions, or refund losses due to user error, third-party wallet compromise, or scams impersonating Gedera Coin.

You agree not to use the Services to engage in unlawful activity, market manipulation, fraud, or any conduct that interferes with the operation of the Services or other users' access to them.

5. No guarantees

We make no promises about the future price, liquidity, listing status, or utility of GEDERA. Statements about our roadmap or plans are aspirational and may change without notice based on community input, market conditions, or technical constraints.

The Gedera Coin name, logo, and website content are the property of the Gedera Coin project. You may not use our branding to imply endorsement or affiliation without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gedera Coin and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or your acquisition, holding, or disposal of GEDERA.
